أيوه سمعت هذا الخبر بالامس وان شاء الله ياوائل هيكون فيه حل ، وائل ممكن تجرب المواقع التانية زى metacafe او clipfish زى اليو تيوب على ماأعتقد. قمع للحريات قمع للصحافة قمع للرأى الحر قمع لكل شئ حتى الإمام فى المسجد لايفلت من هذا القمع حسبى الله ونعم الوكيل .

well, i don't think it's a conspiracy or anything, it's just YouTube policy, if they receive a certain number of complaints about the videos, they have to remove it.

The only way to get them back, is to send them an explanation letter...and get many people sending them emailscomplaints about why they removed the videos.

You could post something like an email message on your blog and ask people to send it to them on a certain email address.

I dont think You-Tube is making a deal with the Egyptian governemt..I think (Amn Aldawalah) submitted multiple complaints and You Tube is just following the policy...and thats gives you a lesson to have multiple accounts on You Tube since its free...do the following:
1- Open diffrent accounts - re-upload your videos - and fix the links on your page
2- Write a generic Email..and ask everyone of your readers to send it to you Tube thru their personal Email
and dont worry Ya wael...you have freinds you dont even know :)

wael..You have to send the originals to your friends and ask everyone of them to open multiple accounts not just on youtube but also on multiple video sharing sites...
Dont worry about your copy rights as you can always ad a banner or a slide on the video indicating your rights..
The war is just starting and you guys should be ready.If there is an easy solution for any problem, please wael dont make a propaganda out of it cuz that makes (them) think they did something which is really nothing

وائل انا باقترح تكتبلنا رسالة احتجاج بصيغة حلوه كدة بالانجليزى وكلنا نبعتها على ايميل يوتيوب يكون فيها اعتراض على اللى حصل دة، أعتقد دى أحسن طريقة ممكن نساعد بيها.

It came to my knowledge that you suspended all the videos that prove the Egyptian police behave brutally towards the innocent citizens of Egypt. These videos were made by Mr. Wael Abbas and he made them accessible through his website at:

To give you an idea about the benefit of posting these videos on YouTube, thereby allowing the whole world to see what is truly happening in Egypt:

1) For the first time in the Egyptian history a court was able to see and play these videos and use one of them as a strong evidence to convict a police officer.

2) My Wife and I personally saw the videos and sent the link to some US Senators, allowing them to see what type of regime the US tax dollars are supporting in Egypt.

3) By using the same videos and links (as strong evidence), the US Government is continuing to put pressure on the Egyptian government to stop this kind of behavior against the Egyptian people.

Please do not stop Wael Abbas (and others like him) from showing his tapes, let the people of the world, see the truth where ever it lies, Please continue to help promote world democracy. Thank you.

It is not deal between YouTube and Egyptian police.it is just if you notice most of websites like YouTube or any file sharing websites have links as report abuse or mark as improper ,and u mention your reason.and they delete that video or file,and no way to back it again.as it is website policy,.if some one complain so they do that.as may some one sue them because of they didn't delete this video,

حاول تعمل حساب خاص بيك ترفع عليه الفيديوهات بعيد عن اليوتوب واللى عاوز ينزلها ينزلها عن طريق اللنكات
يعنى اشترى حساب من اى موقع رفع صور وملفات وريح بالك

عزيزى وائل، متكبرش الموضوع و نظرية المؤامرة تسيطر عليك
U Tube have terms and regulations & most of the sites regulations is banning violence clips, sexual content...etc

And most of the time they don't take this action unless somebody reports your content more than once...

Maybe it was done by several ignorent people but I don't think that a mutual project can be carried between goggle and EGY Gov.

What we have to think about now is how will we overcome this problem...

We need a famous well-known site to post this stuff so big number of people can see it and it can do the effect needed.

Hope to reach a solution as soon as possible.

The debate in the comments on the various blogs posting about this incident is whether YouTube is an entertainment vehicle or human rights tool, with some people asserting that YouTube is about entertainment and thus videos like Wael’s should find a place on Amnesty International or social activism sites like The Witness Hub. But this is wrong on two accounts. First, YouTube is what people make of it, it is not inherently entertainment-based but rather is a platform that people can and have used in many different ways. Second, and more importantly, relegating such controversial but important videos to less popular and more obscure sites will not generate the same amount of traffic nor will random surfers come upon such videos as they are perhaps are indeed scrolling for entertainment and inadvertently come upon a video that make wake them up and shake them into activism. I realize that the site’s “community guidelines” state that violence does not belong on the site, I believe the company should reconsider and fulfill the democratic function that people are trying to make it perform. By posting such witness videos on YouTube, bloggers are serving an important watchdog function, especially in countries where the press and news media in general is unable or unwilling to do so. Furthermore, YouTube is people power. It gives ordinary citizens the power of publicity, one of the only forms of power an individual possesses against that of governments, militaries, and corporations. I wrote about YouTube’s decision to remove video of Iraq insurgent attacks on American troops last October (http://www.arabisto.com/p_blogEntry.cfm?blogEntryID=92).

Your videos were not disabeled. I just watched them few minutes ago. Viewers have to rgister an account on youtube and log in to confirm your age as above 18. Your videos have been categorized as having violent and inapporopriate content for young viewers. That is the only change I found.

I disagree slightly with what Courtney Radsch has stated. With YT it is not an "either or" situation. They aren't either activists or entertainment. Perhaps at one time they were, but now they are even directly involved in American politics. I have little doubt that they will become involved in the politics of many other nations as well.

اللى بيستبعدوا ان يوتيوب حصل عليها ضغط واللى بيقول ان الشعب الامريكى بعت شكاوى عشان بيشعر بالغثيان من هذه الفيديوهات نقول لهم والنبى ايه على راى القاهريين وصلاة النبى احسن على راى اسماعيل ياسين باه الامريكان اللى نشروا صور التعذيب بتاعة جوانتانامو وبتوع افلام الرعب وغيرها بيشعروا بالغثيان من مجرد افلام فيديو مكتوب تحذير قبلها لاصحاب المشاعر المرهفه بعدم فتحها شىءعجيب وغير منطقى ده غير ان الامريكان عندهم ديمقراطيه وحرية راى

انا اكتشفت علي موقع يوتيوب فيديوهات من أبشع ما يمكن ان تراه في حياتك عن قطع ألسن وأطراف ورقاب المعارضين لصدام حسين
بالفيديو ، صوت وصورة وبكل وضوح والمشاهد كاملة
انا ماكنتش اتخيل أبدا ان الموقع يسمح بفيديوهات من النوعية دي
ازاي بقى مسح الفيديوهات بتاعتك ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
